Copyright
Your work stays yours
You keep ownership of the photos, clips and writing you post. Posting to PICKL gives us the licence described in the Terms — enough to show your content to the audience you chose, and nothing beyond that.
Only post what you have the right to post
Match footage someone else filmed, broadcast clips, and brand photography usually belong to somebody else. If you did not make it and do not have permission, do not post it.
Reporting infringement
To report content that infringes your copyright, send us:
- your contact details;
- a link to the work you own;
- a link to the PICKL content you say infringes it;
- a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for them;
- your signature, physical or electronic.
Send it via Contact. The designated agent, postal address and counter-notice process must be completed before this page is published.
Counter-notices and repeat infringers
If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you can send a counter-notice and we will pass it to the complainant. Accounts that repeatedly infringe are removed.
